This paper discusses how the new jersey motor vehicle commission demonstrates the six out of nine-factor structure; cost, time, convenience, communication, avoid personal interaction, and trust—explaining how the site is succeeding in its design and diving into what it is missing. It will also discuss recommendations I suggest to improve their website for a better government system.
